The main idea about the Law of Attraction is that we create our own reality with our own thoughts and experiences, and whatever  our mind is focused on, we attract them into our lives. If you know how to use the Law of Attraction properly,  you can decrease stress and attract abundance into your life.  The Law of Attraction has been around for thousands of years but has become recently popular due to the our modern media (movies like “The Secret”).  The following  methods will help guide those who don’t know how to use the law of attraction.

1. Make a list of what you’d like to change:

If your still learning how to use the Law of Attraction the first step is to list all of your frustrations and stress in your life. Write down anything. Next, for each stressful situation, list something positive you are getting out of the situation. If you wrote down your co-workers aren’t doing their fair share, on the  positive note you can write down you’re creating personal growth or that you’ve realized that this is not what you want to be doing with your life and you’re motivated to change your situation.

2. Have an optimistic attitude:

Create that positive state of mind. This doesn’t mean you can “fake it” and plaster a smile on your face 24/7. Try to  truly feel thankful for what you have in your life and have faith that what you want is on it’s way. Instead of having negative thoughts that can put you in a sour mood, try focusing your mind on feelings of gratitude. Feeling thankful for everything in your life will put you in a better mood that it will help you attract your desires.

3. Visualize how you want your life to be:

For those who don’t know how to use the Law of Attraction,visualization is a vital step.You can attract positive situations and open windows of opportunities into your life by visualizing. Positive visualization is very effective and can help attract abundance. Try making a DETAILED list of everything you want in your life to happen. For example, if you want to find love, write down the exact qualities you want in a man or woman. On a daily basis, visualize what your life would be like if you achieved everything you want.

4. Be At Peace:
Instead of focusing on things that you wish you could change in your life, try accepting them as what they are and come to terms with them (as well as the positive things in your life). Avoid wasting energy in focusing on life’s frustrations, make peace and move on with your life.

Remember, your thoughts control how you feel and how you feel controls your actions.
Make sure your thoughts and actions are aligned with your desires. Focus on your goals instead of the negative in your life.
